Government's Cross-Strait Policies Have Majority Public Support: Poll

(CNA, By Miao Zong-han and Kuan-lin Liu) A public opinion survey commissioned by the Mainland Affairs Council revealed that over 70 percent of the public supports the government's policies to protect Taiwanese sovereignty. Furthermore, over 70 percent also are in favor of maintaining the cross-strait status quo.
